The appointment of Mike Kistner signals RezNext’s strong focus on the hotel distribution business. Mike is a hospitality industry veteran and was most recently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Pegasus Solutions, Inc. With close to three decades of experience in the hospitality industry Mike had accepted the position of board member RezNext earlier this year.

He was the founding member and Chairman of the Open Travel Alliance for 5 years and was also elected Vice Chairman American Hotel and Lodging Association eCommerce Committee for the term 2003 – 2005.
