The phenomenal growth in smart phones has made it necessary for the hospitality industry to attune itself to cash in on this raging trend.
From room occupancy to managing guest relation, mobile apps provide a lot of convenience and ease. And it is only matter of time the Indian hotels go the whole hog in the adoption of mobile apps.
